Mo Sarkar (My Government) is a pioneering initiative launched by the Government of Odisha in October 2019 to transform the culture of governance by putting citizens at the center.
How It Works
- Citizens who visit government offices for services receive follow-up calls from senior officers.
- Feedback is collected on the behavior and service quality of government officials.
- Officials are recognized or counseled based on citizen feedback.
- Started with police stations and hospitals, now expanded to multiple departments.
